In no event shall DForD Software be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use DForD Software.

7. Changes to Terms

DForD Software reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of DForD Software following any such modification constitutes your agreement to be bound by the modified terms.
